Please follow the below steps in case you are facing problems tuning into the 24x7 STAR CJ Alive
Channel on your television having normal analogue cable connection: -

    * Switch off your television completely from the main power supply.
    * Switch on the television
    * Tune your television with AUTO search function.
    * Check the channels one after the other and you will find STAR CJ Alive.
    * If you are still not able to find the channel on your television, please contact your cable operator.
    * STAR CJ Alive is free to air channel and hence you need not to pay anything to view it.
    * If you are still not able to view our channel, please do email us at response@starcj.com with your complete postal address.

You can view the 24x7 STAR CJ Alive Channel on the following channel numbers:

    * TATA SKY channel no. 127
    * Dish TV channel no. 196
    * Hathway channel no. 9 (on set top box)
