Please follow the below steps in case you are facing problems tuning into the 24x7 STAR CJ Alive Channel on your television having DTH services (with set top box): * Switch off your television and the set top box completely from the main power supply. * Switch on the television and the set top box. * Tune-in your set top box with the refresh button or the scan button on your remote control. * Remove the Viewing Card (VC card) from Set top box and insert it again after 1 minute. * Check the channels one after the other and you will find STAR CJ Alive. * Still you are unable to find the channel on your television, please contact your DTH service provider. * STAR CJ Alive is free to air channel and hence you need not to pay anything to view it. * If you are still not able to view our channel, please do email us at response@starcj.com with your complete postal address.

I placed an order with Star CJ on October 16, 2011 since then no updates have been provided. When i called on day 10 i was told that someone will call me in 2 hours, its been 72 hours no response. I made four calls to the call center but none of the agents have been able to help me and no supervisor came on the phone. The objective of booking something in advance is that i wanted this to reach delhi before diwali but unfortunately the product has not reached and no information on the same is available. One of the agents gave me a tracking number, on tracking the shipment it showed updating shipment details hence i called aramex which is the courier used by Star CJ. Aramex told me that the order has not been placed with them hence that information was also wrongly provided. This is very bad customer service I demand a complete refund.
