What is the delivery time?

How do I cancel my order?

How do I return or exchange products?

The product can be returned to STARCJ franchisee, within 7 days after receipt of the product only in case of the manufacturer box is not unpacked.
The exchange can be made within 7 days after receipt of products with STAR CJ franchisee only in case of manufacturing defect.

Please note that, the conditions for return and exchange may vary for different products beyond above mentioned standard policy. Is there a penalty or a charge for exchange, return or cancellation of an order?

The STAR CJ Franchisee does not levy any penalty charges on exchange, return or cancellation of the order.
